State Hearing on Special Ed Cost-Containment Proposals

The New York State Education Department, Office of Special Education has scheduled a public hearing in New York City to seek public comment on proposed amendments to Part 200 of the Regulations of the Commissioner of Education relating to special education programs and services for students with disabilities.
